  • Memberships are billed monthly and include a set number of studio hours each month, plus exclusive member perks.

  • Memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled.

  • Your initial payment includes your first month of membership plus a one-time Final Month Credit. If you ever cancel your membership, you'll receive a coupon code equal to one month of membership benefits, valid for 30 days.

  • Absolutely! Members receive discounted rates on additional studio hours.

  • Yes. Use your monthly hours however you'd like, subject to availability.

  • No. Hours cannot be banked or combined across billing cycles.

  • Included studio hours are redeemed when booking eligible Studio Rentals. Discounts on additional studio hours are applied using your unique member discount code, which will be emailed to you after joining.

  • Memberships do not guarantee availability. We recommend booking early, especially during busy seasons.

  • Founder Pricing is a special launch rate available for a limited time. As long as your membership remains active, you'll keep your founder rate. If you cancel your membership, the founder rate is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

  • Yes. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date. Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • At this time, memberships cannot be paused. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. If you choose to rejoin later, you'll sign up at the current membership rate and any Founder Pricing will no longer apply.

  • Yes. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded before your next billing cycle.

  • Once your membership is activated, you'll receive a unique discount code via email. Use this code at checkout when booking additional studio rental hours beyond your monthly included hours to receive your member discount (10% for Sunrise Members or 15% for Solstice Members).

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

  • No. Memberships are valid for standard studio rentals only and cannot be applied toward workshop or gathering rentals.

  • Yes. Your included monthly membership hours can be used to book seasonal sets at no additional studio rental cost, subject to availability.

  • The studio is set up with a standard drape arrangement using a pre-selected combination of three colors.

    If you'd like a different look for your session, you can request a custom drape setup before your reservation. This may include changing one or more drape colors or adjusting the number of panels used for each color (for example, using more panels of one color and fewer of another).

    Custom drape setups are available as a $40 add-on for standard reservations and are included with the Solstice Membership (one complimentary custom drape setup per reservation).
